Outlet Mall San Pedro Prohibits Conversations In Parking Lot
In a flagrant violation of human rights and the Constitución Política, the owners of the Outlet Mall San Pedro, east of Mall San Pedro, has ordered its security staff to stop customers from holding conversations in the parking lot.

The reasons for the order are unknown, even to security staff.

A number of people complained to the media when last Saturday they had the bad experience when, while having a conversation in the parking lot, were told by security personnel to stop in a grotesque manner. When claiming their for rights, they were told that there was no conversations allowed in the lot.

The right to freedom of expression is in direct violation of articles 20 and 33 of the Costa Rica's political constitution and contravenes rights established under the Convención Americana de los Derechos Humanos, of which Costa Rica is a signatory country.
