Testing of Plasma Engine Delayed Two Months
In typical Costa Rican fashion of postponing things, Costa Ricand and former NASA astrounat, Franklin Chang, said yesterday that plans to test his new plamsa engine would occur in March and not this month as had been expected.

The AD Astra is located in Guanacaste where the plasma engine is being developed. The testing was to have occurred at the Houston, Texas, space centre at the end of January.

If the tests in March prove successful, AD Astra, led by Chang, will produce the plasma in Costa Rica.

According to Chang, there is great expectations for the plasma engine in the space program.
