Nicaraguan Beer To Be Sold in Costa Rica
Good news for lovers of Nicaraguan beer, as the Cervecería Costa Rica will soon begin distribution of the well known and best Nicaraguan been "Toņa" in Costa Rica.

Rafael Segovia, marketing manager for the Cerveceria, says it is part of a plan to provide a great variety of products catering to all types of tastes and needs of the local market.

The Nicaraguan been will be available at all points of sale alongside Costa Rican beers in supermarkets, licoreras and bars and restaurants.

The Toņa will sell for Ē550 colones (us$1.10) a 355ml bottle and will have a twist off cap.

The Florida Ice & Farm, owners of Ceveceria Costa Rica, along with its partner Heineken, own 50% of the shares of the Nicaraguan been manufacturer, Ciceca.

Segovia added that the Toņa will compliment the Cerveceria premium product line such as Bavaria Gold, Bavaria Dark, Bavaria Light, Heineken and Corona.
