Drug Find Holds Up Passenger Bus at Panama Border
The Policía de Control de Drogas (PCD) - drug enforcement police - confiscated seven kilos of cocaine found in a bathroom at the Ticabus bus stop in Paso Canoas, in the southern zone border with Panama.

Authorities say the drugs were hidden in a bag stored with toilet paper for the bathroom.

Forty five passengers were travelling on the bus from Panama to Costa Rica, but no one was detained after all passengers were fingerprinted and none of the prints matched.

During the process, the bus was held up for more than 7 hours at the border crossing.
