Sicario To Be Deported For  A Second Time
Frankling Viveros and Carlos Andrés Naranjo, two Colombian nationals, linked to the assassination plot against the ministro de Seguridad, Fernando Berrocal, and a Karla Llanos, who was carrying a U.S. passport, were detained by police in San Juan Chiquito, Esparza, Puntarenas.

According to Francisco Castaing, director of the policía de Migración (immigration police, Viveros is linked to the assassination plot discovered against Berrocal and the ministro de la Presidenica, Rodrigo Arias, last June.

Viveors is believed to have ties to a gang led by brothers Húber and Dagoberto González Rivas, who were found dead, on February 7 in Cauca, Cali, Colombia.

However, this is not the first time Viveros is in the hands of Costa Rican authorities. The man had been deported from Costa Rica last August 28 and is believed to have returned to Costa Rica almost immediately after his deportation.

Castaing said that Viveros entered Costa Rica by way of Sixaola, a small border town community with Panama and with little immigration of police controls. Castaing added that Viveros had his passport stamped by Costa Rican immigration officials at Sixaola and was banned from entering Costa Rica for five years.

The woman and the other Colombian are not linked to the assassination plot, authorities said, but were detained because their entry into Costa Rica is "irregular". The two are being held at the immigration centre in Hatillo, San José as their immigration status is confirmed.

Viveros told authorities that he has no tied to any hit men gang.

Castaing said that the three will be deported today (Monday).

Viveros (centre) with his friends, Carlos Andrés Naranjo Tascón and Karla Llanos, will be deported after being detained by police while on their way to the beach. This is the second time Viveros, will be deported.
