of that forum, concluded

resolutions of UN on the
subject.
It stresses that the
inclusion of that island

associated to Europe in
the amendment to the
Treaty of the European
Union and the
Consultative Treaty of
the European Community
is not compatible with
the existence of a
sovereignty dispute on
these islands.
The document supports
multilateralism and the
principles of the UN
Letter, making emphasis
on observance of
International Law to
guarantee peace and
security, as well as
social and economic
development of the
countries.
On the matter, it
pronounces in favor of a
UN complete reform,
including General
Assembly, Security
Council and Economic and
Social Council to make
them more efficient,
democratic,
representative and
transparent.
Foreign Ministers
celebrate current
process of
institutionalization of
UNASUR (South American
Union of Nations) to
undoubtedly contribute
to the strengthening of
the process of
integration between the
two regions.

cooperation, both parts

the sensible increase in
commerce between the two
regions and they invited
member countries to
study the possibility of
reducing their
commercial barriers to
foment and increase that
