Costa Rican Post Office Warns of False Calls
Correos de Costa Rica (Costa Rican post office) officials are advising to be wary of calls made by persons claiming to be post office employees.

Post office officials warn that the calls, asking for personal information about a supposed package delivery are false.

Post office officials say that their employees make directly to the person to whom the package is intended for and not to neighbours, friends or family members.

If you are waiting on a packaged delivery and are doubtful of any call received, you can call Correos de Costa Rica at 202 2900 to check on your package and report any false calls.
