The Instituto Meteorológico Nacional (IMN) - national weather service - is calling for sunny and hot during the last week of summer vacation, before back to school.

The North, South and Central Pacific, as well as the Central Valley, will see sunny mornings, some clouds in the afternoon, with possible intermitten showers, according to IMN's metereologist, Rebeca Morera, who added that it will be hot in all parts of the country.

Morera said that the Northern Zone and Caribbean will see morning clouds, especially in the mountaneous areas.

During the coming week, the mornings will continue to be brisk due to the strong winds that are normal during this time of year, but will warm up quickly..

Highs and lows for the Central Valley will range between 29 Celsius in the day and 16 Celsius at night, the Pacific coastal areas can see temperatures from a high of 35 Celsius to a low of 19 Celsius and the Northern Zone and Caribbean between 28 Celsius and 19 Celsius.
