Four Injured As Small Plane Crash-Lands in Honduras
Four people were injured as a small plane crash landed Saturday on a street in the Honduran capital of Tegucigalpa, said reports reaching here from Tegucigalpa said.

Mechanical problems were found shortly after the takeoff of the jet and it tried to return to Tegucigalpa airport, but failed, local police said.

The plane collided with a passing-by truck as it had to make an emergency landing on a nearby street, the police said.

The injured, who have been rushed to hospital, were the pilot and three Honduran passengers aboard the jet and the pickup's driver was not wounded, the police added.
