The Cuban president
talked of the historic
ties of friendship
between both peoples,
the successful course of
bilateral relations and
the confidence to
strengthen links.
The co-president of the
Russia-Cuba
Inter-governmental
Commission, bearer of a
friendly message by
President Vladimir Putin,
analyzed initial results
and expectations of his
visit to Havana that, in
addition of the
Commission sessions,
includes meetings with
other leaders and visits
sites of economic and
scientific interest.
The island's
Governmental Minister
and Cuban-Russian
Inter-governmental
Commission co-president
Ricardo Cabrisas and
Cuban ambassador in
Moscow Jorge Marti
Martinez also attended
the meeting.

Andrey Victorovich
