20 Tourists Lost in  Irazú Volcano
The Cruz Roja (Red Cross) was called in to rescue some 20 Costa Rican tourists after their got lost while visiting the Volcán Irazú park.

The 13 hour walk was made a group of 85 public workers, mostly of the Caja Costarricense del Seguro Social (CCSS), that began Saturday morning.

The trek was through the Volcán Irazú park from the Guapiles side. The walks was so difficult that the 20 were left behind by the others and had to be rescued by the Cruz Roja, while the other 65 made it out of the park without any problems.
