Houston Hispanic Chamber In Pact
With Costa Rica
A trade accord between the
Houston Hispanic Chamber of
Commerce and the Foreign Trade
Corp. of Costa Rica was signed
Wednesday.
The agreement was signed by
Marco Vinicio Ruiz, Costa Rica's
minister of foreign trade, and
Edgar Colón, chairman of the
board of the chamber.
Ruiz said he hopes the agreement
can help facilitate more trade
missions and opportunities.
Among the cargoes that already
are shipped regularly from Costa
Rica to Houston are seafood,
flowers and medical devices, he
said.
