Wal-Mart Looking To Fill 700 Jobs
Good news for those looking for work, Wal-Mart is ready to open its first store in Escazú, has announced that it will be requiring to fill 700 jobs.

Wal-Mart executives arrived in Costa Rica Friday night and will be holding a job fair today (Sunday) at the Metrocentro in Cartago.

The 700 positions are to fill vacancies in two superstores, one in Escazú, which is expected to open in May and another Cartago.

Wal-Mart in Costa Rica operates the Hipermás chain of department stores, as well as the Mas X Menos, Palí and Maxi Bodegas supermarkets in the country.

The Escazú store will be the first to be modeled after the Wal-Mart formula of stores around the world and to have the Wal-Mart name on the outside.
