Chilean vice president calls for calm after president receives email threats
Chilean Vice President Belisario Velasco called for calm on Monday after the media reported email threats have been sent to Chile's President Michelle Bachelet.

Deputy Interior Minister Felipe Harboe confirmed that officials were investigating an email filled with insults and threats sent to the president.

He said that such threats had been sent to the president several times and the government "will certainly try to find out who did it."
