TLC Document To Be Published On Jan 26
One of the many roadblocks facing the trade deal is the publication of the document, which according to the Imprenta Nacional, the publisher of the officials government publication, La Gaceta, it will not occur until January 26.

Dicussion and debate of the trade deal cannot occur until the document is published.

Nelson Loaiza, director of the Imprenta Nacional, announced yesterday that the first 1.500 copies of the complete document will be printed. The document consists of 3.789 pages in 8 volumes and will cost ˘119.696.815 colones (us$232.401 dollars).

Once the document is published, debate by the the legislative parties can then begin.
