Adan Chavez became Education Minister, Hector Navarro as Science and Technology Minister, Yubiri Ortega Environment and Natural Resources Minister, Jose Ramon Rivero as Work Minister, Olga Azuaje as Tourism Minister and Luis Acuña as Higher Education Minister.

The Energy and Oil Minister is Rafael Ramirez, Planning and Development Minister Jorge Giordani, Foreign Minister Nicolas Maduro, Defense Minister Raul Baduel, Culture Minister Francisco Sesto, Housing and Habitat Minister Ramon Carrizalez and Sports Minister Eduardo Alvarez remain in their posts.
