Conditionally
Matteo Quintavalle, the
Italian businessman

condition that he sign

leave the country.
At 7:00pm last,
Quintavalle, left the
Unidad de Admisión de
San Sebastián and headed

after a judge order the
conditional release.
Quintavalle was jailed
in preventive detention
on July 17 and spend
some time in hospital,
under guard, for his
health condition.
Last week, the
businessman offered
restitution to his
accusers in the amount
of us$4 million dollars.
The investors have so
far refused the offer,
saying that assets held
by Quintavalle are at
least double that.
The 17 investors who
filed charges against
Quintavalle say they
invested us$4.6 million
dollars and what at
least that and the
return promised them.
