The Costa Rican congressional
International Affairs Committee
confirmed it would restart talks
Wednesday with various social
sectors to analyze possible
approval of the free trade
agreement with the United
States.

"el porteo" - informal taxi
services.

For April
Nine organization that defend
the rights of homosexuals,
transvestites and bi-sexuals,
announced yesterday the first
gay-lesbian conference to be
held in Costa Rica at La
Catalina de Barva de Heredia at
the end of April.
