Ruben Blades on Arts and Tourism Route
The presentation of the latest Ruben Blades musical production in late January will be one of the attractions for tourism in Panama.

The famous singer and current Tourism minister will lead visitors through the historic center of the city, birthplace of some of his songs.

Blades described tourism as one of the most important Panamanian economic fields and highlighted the increases and development projects reported in relation to the similar term in 2004.

Similarly, the minister announced an advertising campaign aimed at committing people to the Panamanian tourist industry, which is expected to reach higher levels of development in 2006 encouraged by plenty of government plans.

APATEL, Panamanian Hotel Association, considers the materialization of the intention of tourism representatives would further benefit great sources of employment to the nation.
