Desanti To Announce His Government Plans
 Though last in the latest poll and with a slim chance of winning the presidential chair, Partido Unión para el Cambio (UPC), Antonio Álvarez Desanti, is expected to announce his plans for his Government for 2006-2010.

The announcement will be this morning at the Hotel Irazú.

Desanti came in last place in the latest poll by CID-Gallup, with only 3% of the vote, down from 6% in November and 9% in October.
