Reform Plan Approved, Finally!
Finally, and this is not a joke,
after three years of debate, the
Legislative Assembly has
approved the first reading of
the Tax Reform. The vote as 32
in favour and 15 against,
registered at 7:33pm.

Refinadora Costarricense de
Petróleo (Recope) informs that
it will be making a request to
lower gasoline prices, a day
ahead of an increase. The
reason? the price of crude oil
on international markets has
been dropping.
