Drivers of Fatal Accident to Jail
The El Juzgado Penal de Puntarenas (Puntarenas Courts) ordered three months preventive detention (jail) to both drivers involved in the traffic accident early Saturday that left 6 dead and 15 injured. Guatemanan, Marco Tulio Barías (driver of the tractor trailer) and Salvadorian, José Alarcón (driver of the bus), are being charged with "homicidio culposo" - manslaughter.
