A Cold Valentine's Day Forecast
A cold front has lowered temperatures and increased wind since yesterday and bringing rain to the mountanous areas. Yesterday afternoon, a dark cloud hung over the mountains of Escazu, slowly moving over the Central Valley, bringing with it a light rain and strong winds.

Sweaters and jackets were the norm last night. The strong wind rattled roofs and power lines, however, no damage was reported.

This morning, San José woke up to a sunny skies, but the cool chill in the air meant covering up or stayind under the warm sheets a little for those who could.

The temperatur fell at least 7 degrees and winds reached 50 kilometres per hour.
