And Still No President
It is now six days since the
presidential elections and Costa
Ricans are taking it all in
stride. One of the closest
election in the history of Costa
Rica that has yet to decide who
will lead the country for the
next four years is nothing like
other Latin American countries
where protests and upheaval in
the streets would demand
immediate results.

Rica 2006 Crowned
Fabriella Quesada leaned over
while Johanna Fernández placed
the Miss Costa Rica crown on the
young woman who will represent
Costa Rica at the Miss Universe
Pagaent.

Replaces Regular Gasoline in
Pacific Coast
Travelling by car to Puntarenas
and Guanacaste, drivers will be
surprised to find that there is
no "regular" gasoline available
at any of the 62 gasoline
stations in the area. Super and
diesel gasoline is plentiful.
Missing
Teen Found In Costa Rica
A 16-year-old girl missing from
her home since last week has
been found in Costa Rica.
Korea’s
Next Opponent
Korea’s national soccer team
will play Costa Rica on February
12 at 8:00 a.m. (Korea time) at
the Oakland Coliseum,
California. SBS TV will air the
