Government Plans to Restore Railroads
The Government announced plans to restore the railroads to Caldera, on the Pacific, and Limon, on the Caribbean, but it did not mention the operative or the financial details of the plan.

Even though the basic idea is to restore cargo trains, Davila also pointed out the importance of running passenger service as well.
