Majority for CAFTA
 Over half Costa Ricans are in favor of the approval by the Legislative Assembly of the United States - Central America and Dominican Republic Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA) or Tratado Libre de Comercio (TLC), as it known locally.

According to the most recent UNIMER survey, 51% of the citizens are for the approval, while 30% oppose it.

Support has increased 8% in the last 12 months.
