will be asking legislators to include
the obligation of drivers to turn on
their headlights at 5:00pm as they
discuss reforms to the Ley de Tránsito,
which has been expected passed and into
effect last month. for the coastal
areas and cool mornings
for the Central valley.
Electricity To Cost More

a wave of increases as
the Compañía Nacional de
Fuerza y Luz (CNFL) -
light and power company
- joins the list of
increases in the coming
months along with bus
fares and gasoline.
