The Autoridad Reguladora
de Servicios Públicos (Aresep) -
regulator of public prices and services
- announced yesterday that it will
remove subsidies for electrical service
to residential customers, increasing the
cost of energy to consumers, while the
cost to industrial customers will
decrease.
