Antonio Quiñónez. Barrantes is
in a US federal jail and not in
Italy, the caller, Orlando
Quiñónez said.

Internet Down For 20 Hours
Although it has been impossible
to confirm what happened or the
extend of the problem, one thing
is for sure, most of the San
José's west side was without
internet from 9:00 pm Monday
night to a little over 4:00 pm
