airport when an engine caught
fire. The plane landed safely
and no passengers were injured.

A 33 year old man, identified as Raúl Jirón Reyes, decided to act on his
jealous rage by shooting his
wife five times, while she
walked home with child in arms
and her 18 year old brother.
Reyes, thinking he had killed
his wife, then turned the gun on
himself.
