Bus/Truck Collision Leave 6
Dead, 15 Injured on
Interamericana
Six dead and fifteen injured as
a bus coming from El Salvador
collided with a tractor trailer
headed for Guatemala. The
accident occurred on kilometre
132 of Interamerican highway,
near Puntarenas.

Integration Bank (BCIE in
Spanish) foresees a 3.7 percent
increase in production in
Central America this year,
slightly higher than last year’s
3.5 percent. Guatemala and
Honduras would experience the
largest growth, at 4 percent and
