Chefs cook a giant pot of the typical Nicaraguan dish, Gallo pinto, in Managua, September 15, 2003. Fifteen cooks from area hotels and restaurants used 545 kilograms of rice and beans to prepare the dish, in the hopes that visiting representatives from the Guinness Book of World Records will judge it to be the record pot of Gallo pinto, larger than the current record held by cooks in  Costa Rica.
