February 1, 2014 (InsideCostaRica.com) National Liberation Party (PLN) candidate, Johnny Araya – accompanied by Vice President Jorge Pattoni – ruled out the possibility of a runoff election in April, telling reporters while visiting a San José market today that undecided voters would lead him to victory.

“The undecided will end up voting for the [PLN],” Araya told reporters, saying he was confident he would win the election outright by gaining the necessary 40% of tomorrow’s vote.

Araya added that abstention and indecision are the two opponents he must combat.

Arrogant SOB. Another reason not to vote for him.

Do not vote Jonny in. He will only continue the corruption from Laura and Oscar. The USA has they hands in this election. As they do with all elections around the world.

Luís Guillermo Sólis and his party head to head with Johnny Araya this April 2, I, for one think this is a good thing. The last two presidents were mildly putting it disappointing and the PLN = corruption in the oversight in Roads contracts and gave Lady Laura a 4 years “vacation” traveling around the world on our centavo. Shameful.
