31,000 people without water this morning

May 14th, 2013 (InsideCostaRica.com) Repair crews in Palmares and Talamanca have their hands full this morning, attempting to return water to the taps of about 31,000 people.

 

In both communities, crews are working to repair pipelines and pumping equipment.  The community of Palmares is the hardest hit, where some 27,000 people will be without water from 8am until 4pm today.

 

In Talamanca, Limon, some 4,000 people will be without water from 8am until 10pm, including the popular beach town of Puerto Viejo as well as Home Creek.
