March 15th, 2013 (InsideCostaRica.com) According to the forecast of the National Meteorological Institute (IMN), yesterday’s strong winds are expected to continue today, and gusts of up to 80 kph are expected in the Central Valley and Guanacaste. Occasional rainfall is also expected in the Caribbean and northern Central Valley areas. Yesterday, IMN said that the strong winds are caused by a weather system present in the Caribbean.
